About The Founders

The founders of DOT, Abel and Nick, are those who played the most important roles in shaping the company’s vision and its journey towards transforming digital advertising. Abel, who served as the Sales Director, brought his expertise from working in a marketing technology platform that aimed to reshape the way people access and finance content. With his experience in sales and a deep understanding of the industry, Abel works on developing strategies to revolutionize the advertising landscape.

Nick’s background was in consultancy, specializing in B2B Growth Strategies. His insights and knowledge in this area proved invaluable in guiding the company’s expansion and positioning in the market. Together, Abel and Nick founded DOT in 2018 with a shared desire to shift digital advertising from being intrusive to becoming engaging, ultimately enhancing the user experience.

They expanded DOT offerings in 2021 with the launch of business growth services that leveraged their extensive portfolio of media partners. This move provided businesses with great access to audiences that were underserved by traditional pay-per-click (PPC) and social ad channels. DOT’s ability to connect advertisers from various regions, including the UK, US, Europe, and beyond, solidified its position as a global player in the advertising industry.

Fast forward to 2023, DOT made significant strides by introducing two new platforms for web3 marketers and founders: DOT Ads (the self-serve ad platform) and the Web3 Content Marketplace.

Throughout their journey, Abel and Nick have demonstrated their determination to push boundaries and continually innovate within the advertising space. Their vision, combined with their industry expertise, has propelled DOT to become a trust-worthy ad network. And they still have big plans for DOT!
