Dwellingo is convenient. Our app will run on any internet connected device and can be used simultaneously on multiple devices ensuring every open house visitor can sign in with no waiting. Agents can also use custom questions on the sign-in form to collect more information from each Open House visitor.

Our software is more affordable than the competition. Our goal is to give real estate agents more of the features they need while saving them money. We will also continue adding new features to increase the value of our service to all our subscribers.

Open house signs are not enough. Dwellingo makes it easy to share and promote your Open House on social media channels to drive online and offline visitors to the property.

Once leads are generated at each Open House, agents can send those leads directly into their CRM to continue and track further communications. Any Achievements or Milestones accomplished?

  • Dwellingo is launching nationwide Summer ‘19 with a non-MLS version, followed by MLS integration in GAMLS and CRMLS with additional markets to follow.

What are your future plans?

  • Dwellingo will soon be integrating directly with Multiple Listing Services (MLS) and other data sources. This will allow agents to create an Open House digital sign in on any property by simply entering the property’s address. Dwellingo will then auto-populate all of the property and neighborhood information, saving agents time and giving Open House visitors the information they are looking for.

Tommy Jedrzejczyk, CEO & Co-Founder: 

As a licensed real estate broker for over 10 years, and winner of a prestigious Five Star Award featured in Portland Monthly Magazine, Tommy has in-depth market knowledge. He designed Dwellingo as the go to sched- uling and communication platform for real estate agents working with homebuyers.

Mark Roush, COO & Co-Founder: 

Before coming to Dwellingo, Mark spent 16 years running New Adjustment Productions, producing and editing for companies such as Intel, Nike, Autodesk, Xbox, Adidas, and PepsiCo. His vast experience in marketing and brand design compliments the sched- uling and organizational skillset he brings to Dwellingo.

Steve Heinsch, CTO & Co-Founder: 

Steve has thirty years of experience as a polyglot engineer.
He has coded multiple nonprofit websites and spent 7 years as the sole developer of 55places.com; the largest adult community real estate search engine in America. His vast knowledge and experience working with vari- ous MLS agencies across the country makes him an invaluable asset to Dwellingo.

Kathy Sego, CFO: 

A financial manager with over 30 years of investment banking, treasury, corporate finance, and CFO experience with companies ranging from early stage to Fortune 500. She has raised over $1 billion of equity during her career and has led multiple emerging companies through fund- ing and liquidity events.

Bradley Marks, Creative Director: 

Graphic and motion designer with a background in advertising. Started his career at Grey Advertising NYC. Has worked in Network and Cable television brand development. Product brand development and promotion. Past affiliations include, Nike, Clif Bar, PBS, MTV, Intel and Adidas.
