Keka was born out of frustration from using HR software that sucks. We were constantly disappointed with the antiquated clunky interfaces that were being slapped on HR and employee community.
We resorted to change the world for HR and if our customer feedback is any indicator, we seem to have done our job quite well. Our understanding of the problems in managing and nurturing talent, backed with our technology expertise makes us the killer team!
Keka is what we call, an employee experience platform. The only HR & Payroll software that is employee centric. Unlike traditional HR systems, we are a modern new generation platform focused on user experience and simplifying complex workflows.

What makes you stand out from the crowd?
There are about 200+ vendors in Indian market selling Payroll Software systems and yet we chose to launch our own version and for a reason. When our parent company with 150+ employees needed an HR Payroll platform for our own needs, we evaluated all the prominent systems in the market and we discovered that all of them were developed more than a decade ago and the user interfaces are quite poor, complex, clunky and really impossible to use.
We decided to change this and thus launched Keka Payroll. If the early feedback of 250+ customers is any indicator, we have succeeded in making the Payroll process a beautiful experience!
All our competitors took decades to evolve to where they are today. Keka surpassed all of them with such depth and richness in functionality within a short period and the product is evolving fast
Any Achievements or Milestones accomplished?
- Keka has made a huge dent in the Indian HR & Payroll market. It has shown an exponential growth by building a happy client base of 700+ only within 2 years of its inception. A client base which includes names like TOYOTA, HYUNDAI, VEDANTA, DREAM 11, KARCHER, ONEPLUS and much more.
- Keka has won the HOTTEST STARTUP HYDERABAD in 2015, followed by the BEST ENTERPRISE PRODUCT in 2015.
- Keka won the ‘BEST PAYROLL SOFTWARE INDIA-2017’ and award given by ‘WORLD HRD CONGRESS’.
