SaaS Sales is a job site that’s dedicated to helping both job seekers and employers within the SaaS/tech space. Our mission is simple: to connect the industries top sales professionals with innovative software companies and to simplify the way leading software companies to source the best talent.
Industry growth for the SaaS sales job market is expected to rise significantly over the next 10 years, faster than the average for any occupation. Not just in Silicon Valley, but in cities all over North America. It’s our job to help employees, and the companies that employ them, by creating a more efficient and effective hiring process.
The biggest problem this industry faces is that too many jobs have been created in such a short amount of time, which has made it virtually impossible for HR managers to find talent qualified for the positions. We hope to create a solution to this problem with a platform that will effectively help HR managers fill those positions with talented employees that want to start or advance their careers.

What makes you stand out from the crowd?
Simplicity. We specifically built the solution for software companies and sales professionals. All other recruitment channels host thousands of jobs across various positions and industries. This forces the job seeker to waste valuable time sifting through irrelevant opportunities to try and find a needle in a haystack. On the employer side it creates a diluted candidate pool with hundred/thousands of applicants who are not a match for the position.
What are your future plans?
We plan to expand into niche roles within the SaaS space.

Our team has over 30+ years of combined experience in the technology & software industry, holding positions as individual contributors and sales leaders across various companies ranging from early-stage startups to industry juggernauts.
As SaaS professionals, we became frustrated about how difficult it can be to find quality jobs and talented employees. That’s why we’re simplifying the process and creating a better way to hire and get hired.
Sam Capra, Co-Founder, and Chief Sales Officer, is a transformational selling leader with over two decades in strategic sales and business development. Sam supports various causes to empower both men and women to fulfill their career aspirations.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Montevallo and currently lives with his wife of 19 years and 2 children in Orlando, FL.
